Entering My Sixth Year in Real Estate

 

As I enter my 6th year in the real estate industry, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my incredible journey thus far. These years have been filled to the brim with the most wonderful clients and friends, opportunities, and overall growth. I am so honored to be recognized year after year by my clients who grant me the privilege of being their advocate and advisor at every turn in their real estate endeavors.

Each year I spend in the real estate industry reminds me just how fulfilling this role truly is. There is nothing better than the connections I have made throughout these years, and I am so thrilled to make many more. The future is bright with many plans that I cannot wait to share. Goals for the Future

With the world at my fingertips, I am so inspired and so eager to continue working towards my goals, and I couldn’t be happier to share them with my clients. Some of my goals include designing the best experience for my sellers and buyers during their real estate journey, and with that, successfully helping over 40 individuals and families per year with their real estate needs. I hope to continue to provide unmatched value to my sellers by offering advice on remodeling to extract maximum value with styling and design guidance to create a unique abode. Additionally, I see myself in the top 1 percent of Realtors nationwide, while running my business with integrity and the highest degree of ethics.

Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR) stand for the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. ABR education provides the expertise needed for an edge in serving today’s homebuyers.  

CRS

Washington RRC (formerly CRS) is focused on continuing education for realtors to set themselves apart and take their business to the next level. RRC provides the tools, education and resources to help realtors become more successful through their courses. 

LHC

Luxury Homes Certification is a 13-credit hour course for agents looking to hone their skills in the ever-growing luxury home market. The courses included will give REALTORS® the knowledge they need to approach the luxury niche, including pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, and how to stand out from the crowd.

I am so honored to say that I was responsible for half of the sales team responsible for the last remaining penthouse and sub-penthouses for the Nexus Condominium Project and contributed to over $70M worth of Real Estate sold since starting in 2016.
