Joe’s client-centric philosophy began with an extensive retail career as a buyer, manager and director. He was the head of the first Men’s Designer Department at the Seattle Flagship Nordstrom store, worked as an associate buyer for then-startup Zulily and served as the client facing manager for the internationally acclaimed boutique Totokaelo. This background helped Joe define his idea of the true client experience, and continue to shape his approach as he fosters lifelong relationships with his clientele.

This dedication shines through in his ability to serve as a trusted advocate for his clients, taking every step necessary to ensure they are equipped to make well-informed decisions throughout the entire process.


Joe understands what goes into a home. With a passion for architecture and design, he is fascinated by the interaction between a person and their home’s design. Joe’s aesthetic eye has grown into a deep understanding of light and setting, which have honed his craft in operating a Mavic Pro Drone and his ability to tailor marketing endeavors and command results. He relentlessly looks for new ways technology can come into play when selling your home.


Joe is a third generation Seattleite. When not in the office, he enjoys cooking and vacationing with his partner, the principle and owner of a top residential architecture and design firm. Together, they have a French Water Dog and enjoy all the lifestyle offerings found only in the Pacific Northwest. Joe also supports a number of philanthropic causes close to his heart, including the JDRF Foundation, New Beginnings helpline, Vital Voices Gala and Transplant House.
