I'm Joe Patterson, Pacific Northwest native and real estate agent to the greater Seattle area.

Growing up, I moved around a lot. Being thrust into a strange new environment every few years taught me the importance of finding home.

Now, as a real estate agent with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, my primary goal is to be an effective advocate for my clients who are navigating an entirely new phase of their lives.

I know that by delivering exceptional service and leveraging my team of real estate experts, I can serve as a guiding light to make the transition of buying or selling real estate easier for my clients, just as certain amazing individuals did for me during transitions in my own childhood.
